About Us

Learn Why We're a Step above The Rest.

Who We Are

Lucky Sevens Barbershop opened in 2019 and for the past 5 years has been producing some of the finest quality haircuts the West Country has to offer. We are a modern, fully inclusive barbershop catering to anyone and everyone, and we pride ourselves on delivering haircuts to the highest standard, tailored to the individual and their lifestyle. Our experienced barbers take the time to understand your hair needs, ensuring you leave looking and feeling your best. Whether you are after a traditional pompadour or modern mullet, we’ve got you covered.

Beyond the haircuts, we strive to create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels comfortable, and if they are carrying a heavy mental load, can leave feeling a little bit lighter.

Our interior is heavily influenced by the old school American traditional barbershops, with checkerboard floor and brightly painted walls, adorned with all sorts of things we have collected over the years – it’s as if all of owner Charlie’s many interests have exploded all over the shop. We love this little eclectic shop of laughter and creativity, and we hope you do too!

The Team Behind Your Cuts

Charlie

Barbering since 2014, Charlie found his passion in barbering through old school, classic styles. During his 10 years in the industry, Charlie’s worked in several shops and learnt alongside many talented barbers, before finally taking the plunge and opening the doors to “Lucky Sevens Barbershop” under his own flag. Charlie has made a name for himself in the industry, and is internationally recognised as a global ambassador for Uppercut Deluxe, as well as working with a number of other industry leading brands such as Babyliss Pro, Matakki Scissors, Cape Gang, Barber Blades and more. In recent years his work has taken him away from the shop and on to multiple stages across the UK and Europe, showcasing his talent and knowledge.

Jack

Jack started barbering in 2012, shortly after he finished uni, his son was due to be born and it was a way for him to start a career and support his family! Jack’s always loved a classic cut, a side part or something of that nature, but also loves a heavily texturised cut or something short, sharp and clean! His favourite part of barbering is the the friendships you build with a client, having good conversations, hearing their stories and having a laugh. Many clients have become friends that he looks forward to seeing every couple of weeks!

Todd

Todd joined Lucky Sevens Barbershop as an apprentice back in 2022, as a career change from the factory work he was doing at the time. He spent many hours in the barbershop learning from all of the members of the team, and eventually left his job to come on board full time in September 2023. Since then he has become an incredibly busy barber, favouring more modern styles, and building a committed client base, again many of whom would be regarded as close friends.
